I wrote a messgae to Gelert Customer services last month asking a Question about one of there tents, as yet I have had no reply, I have since sent them the same email and had no replie, Its nice to see they Value there customers ! I DONT THINK SO,
So my advise is dont buy a Gelert Tent They wont answer your emails !
so glad I bought a Khyam :-)

I have not heard anything like this about them, what email address did you send your enquiry to?
Have you checked your spam / junk filter for the replies, in case they got picked up by them?

I'm not under the impression that they are doing so well as a company. Kyham went belly up as well although I believe they had a management buy out. Whether that will work out or not I don't know..

Thanks thats the form I used and that is the email address it goes too!
Its ok I saved myself £60 buying the Khyam and its a bigger and pobably better tent than the Gelert,
So there loss for not mailing me!
I just thought I would carry out my word as I emailed them again and had no replie! and said I would comment on here about the customer service, THAT THEY DONT PROVIDE!
