IMHO, Obelink/Hypercamp tents are good value for money for canvas tents.
The stitchings may not be as neat as the better brands such as Cabanons, De Waards and Esvos etc..., however, the canvas is of good quality, and tent solidly built.
Mine has stood up well to the worst of British weather since I bought it back in Oct 2011.
I am very happy with my Escala 4, and have nothing except praises for Obelink whose customer services team had been great in all my dealings with them.
Check out the Hypercamp Appreciation Society thread and read the comments from satisfied tent owners, myself included.
I was considering a Cabanon pyramid tent when I was looking to buy a tent that is storm resistant, until someone advised me to check out the offerings from Obelink, and I have not looked back since.
Also check out the comments in my Cabanon vs Hypercamp thread and decide for yourself if Hypercamp tents are for you.

We saw the Palamos 6 on Obelink too and bought one two weeks ago. We've only had it up in the garden so far but the quality looks more than adequate, and at their current offer price of £450 it's a no brainer. It's far superior to anything on offer from the chains in our opinion and will stand up to the English weather much better than the Outwell Oakland XL it replaced. And the moveable front wall is genius! This one will be a keeper!

We have had a few Obelink tents and all were great
We had one Cabanon and on its second outing, ended up in the trash on the campsite as it let more water in than it actually kept out !
So for us, Obelink wins everytime.

Thank you all for your help with this, I am going to save a whole bunch of cash and buy a Palamos 6. I never realised that the front had a zip out wall that really is good.
Silly question but do you use a foot print with this tent?

Oh, don't tempt me. I'm suffering buyer's remorse after my Outwell experience. I do wish I'd gone for a canvas Dutch. I'm sure you won't regret buying one.
