i used to own the orchy500 and i had the premium extension - its a brilliant extra - tall and useful for cooking / relaxing in.
the only downside to it is that its very large and it doesnt have many guying points and it didnt feel like it would stand up to very strong winds. we had calm weather when we used it and it was fine, but im not sure how it would fare in very strong winds.
i loved my orchy and extension - i only sold it to change to a small polycotton tent - a trout lake and front extension. i do miss my orchy though and have thought about getting a vango calisto - similair but with steel poles for a bit more stability at the expense of heavier weight though.
Hi and welcome
Ebay is probably your best place to keep looking on as they do turn up every now and then. As "dbice" pointed out they are large and not many guying points. Our next door neighbours had one fitted to their Vango Venture at the Jubille weekend and that took off over the fields as soon as the wind got up so good pegs are must

Everything has been said before, but since nobody ever listens we have to keep going back and saying it all over again and again and again
I own an Orchy 500 with Premium extension (blue) that I'm thinking of selling - I suppose I could sell the extension individually, PM me for details...
