Never had a problem with mine. I leave the poles out of the bag and just keep folding the tent until it fits. I find the bag is generous compared to other tents.
only twice I've used the tent and on both occasions it was quite windy so didn't really have a chance to try different options. we got it back in the bag both times without the poles but I'm sure there's an easier option.

This is the way we've found the best, making sure all doors and windows are unfasted. Keep folding it lengthways, then get rolling it up! OH usually ends up rolling on it to 'squash' it down a bit more then gets it in the bag! Kids and me enjoy laughing at him at this point As it originally came, tent goes in one bag then bedroom pods and poles in the other (we did try keep the bedroom pods in once when packing up, but found it more difficult to pack away). Don't know if you've got the porch too, but that is a different kettle of fish in packing up and we can't get the porch + poles all back in the bag!
yes we have the porch too, we usually fold that inside the tent out of the wind but only managed to get the pokes in once so have given up on that now. we just put all the poles in the one bag.

I find theres nothing more frustrating than a tent that that wont go back in its bag. Only ever happened to me with one particular tent no matter what I did or how I folded it just wouldnt go in. I got so fed up I went out and spent £19.99 on a bigger bag now everything fits in easily

Everything has been said before, but since nobody ever listens we have to keep going back and saying it all over again and again and again
