I am no expert but I think the "sale of goods act" allows a "reasonable" amount of time to return faulty goods not a stipulated 28 days and this is for a replacement or refund.Repaired holes would not be acceptable to me as they would always be visible I would want a replacement or a refund. Again as has been said many times your contract is with the retailer not Outwell
