On a recent trip to Wales my tent got damaged during some high winds. The tabs holding the front of the tent to the ground (underneath the doors) broke and one of the poles that straps the full length of the inside of the tent got bent. Has anyone had tabs break like this, and if so how do you fix the problem. I contacted Kampa who suggested I look at this site!!! My husband assures me he can straighten the tent pole!!
Thanks!

I was going to say contact Kampa as they are normally very good at responding and giving advice. If your husband can sort out the bent pole then maybe Clingon Clips for the damaged tabs (assuming I have read it correctly).Always good to have some in your spares bag anyway...
And in regards to the pole, I'm not as familiar with the older Kampa products. Are the poles steel or dynaflex?
If you can not repair it, I would suggest visiting www.tentspares.co.uk, or someone else similar, and seeing whether they would be able to make up a replacement pole.
I find it odd that I have heard nothing about this myself, and will have a look in the warehouse to see if we have anything for the pole.
