Hi GNAJ, I think as long as you are well aware of the weight and pack size of the Wolf Lake, you wont regret buying it and that is a good price, as they do seem to keep their value. The Wolf Lake isn't too disimilar to the Monty in the typical tunnel shape, we tend to put in either the front or rear pole and peg out the guyline, then insert and erect as you go along otherwize its too heavy to insert all the poles then lift in one go. Then the only difference is sliding in the side tension bars which help tighten the tent, zip on the front canopy and 'bobs your uncle'!!! If you are camping in hot weather, you will notice a considerable difference in temperature and a lot more comfortable to live in and the kids will love their own rooms. I guess you've got to think of this as an investment, as you will have this tent for years to come. Although we only use ours if going away for a week (use the bell tent mostly for weekends) and its a lumping big pain in the bum, but once its up and all the blooming endless guylines and pegging points have been pegged out, you finally sit in it and think wow, this is such a great tent. And as for bad weather and wind, it doesn't budge an inch, so safe and secure. Good Luck with your purchase hopefully, I don't think you'll regret it ('cept when your cursing your bent back from pegging out!!!!!!!) Best wishes Sam
