We have recently bought a 2nd hand Vermont xl which was couriered to us. Unfortunately the courier has lost the tent poles !! Does anyone know where a complete set could be purchased from otherwise the tent is as good as useless.

sory to hear about your problem , i have the same tent . i have searched all the sites i no but they seem to be discontinued, they do pop up on ebay now and again but its a long time since i seen any if you struggle and cant get any please let me know if you want to sell the tent i will be very interested in it call me on 07813188458 any time thanks -shaun

Contact as many Outwell retailers as possible to see if they have any stock otherwise you will have to order some (if and when available) but expect to pay £200+ for a complete set. If the tent is from Ebay then I would make a claim for your money back as the item was not as described and its the sellers responsibility for loss in delivery

The courier for my sins was Yodel, would never use them again basically they dont give a damn and have offered me £45 compensation. I have been quoted £450 mfor a new set of poles, unbeleivable.

Shaun how much would you give me for the tent minus the poles of course ??

£400 plus for a new set,

Do you still need poles? I have a 5 year old XL tent which has suffered under the sun and will not be used again. Happy to sell the poles
