The Delaware is part of their avantgarde collection and is built with outtex 6000 polyester, has tinted windows, zip up curtains, steel poles through out, and tested to force 10 gales.
The Glendale is part of their deluxe collection and built with outtex 4000 polyester, normal windows, toggle curtains, has some fibreglass poles some steel, and tested to force 9 gales.
I think floor space wise the seem the same, with the Delaware being slightly wider (5cm). So the bedrooms will be a little roomier, but not much. The material is visibly thicker on the Delaware, and it is more aestheticly pleasing, but there is a big price difference too.
Your choice between them will depend on what your looking for I suppose. I know I'd be happy with either, but if pushed I'd go for the Delaware purely on aesthetics.
