------------- Love a lot. Trust a few. But ALWAYS paddle your own canoe!!
Minds are like parachutes:- They only function when they are open!!!
Those who talk don't know.
Those who know don't talk.
Don't forget to leave a review of all tents you've used, for a chance to win fantastic prizes
Actually I prefer the cot-tent - the ends look more stable! You'd have to pack up every time you left camp, as it's not anchored, but great for overnight stays.
I think the concept is great and would suite many situations -Ideal pup tent-- However I think the price is ridiculous and excessive in the extreme. That will soon kill it and consign it to the "I'm not paying that" pile of camping failures
I too think it is a clever concept, but I can find no pictures of what it looks like folded down. What type of carry bag does it have? Also, is it single skin or double skin? I can see it appealing to allsorts of people for different reasons.
It's not for me tho', I would feel too claustrophobic in it!
I am always for new ideas being tried in all arenas of design.
Regrettably, with this one I cant think of a single occasion where it couldn't be bettered by something far cheaper and traditional in design. Traditional almost includes popups in this day and age too!
Almost certain to be one of those dead end off shoots in experimental tent design, but have to applaud the inventiveness!

Planned for next year, hopefully!
Summer Solstice wild camp.
Chilled in a Field, July.
Crantock, August. Fouth year with the fantastic Quechua Base Seconds 4.2!
..... and the odd night wild camping in my Argos 1 man tent...
There is a company called Kamprite, that makes high quality Tent cots, including a double. They are becoming very popular in Australia,at the expense of the traditional Swag. A fly is included with them. I think they are great.
------------- If there's no camping in heaven. I'm not going!
