Is vango Icarus 800 wide enough at each end to place 2 double airbeds side by side?

Hmm not sure we have the Vango Tigris 400 which is 280 wide and we only just manage to get 2 double airbeds in. I think the icarus 800 is narrower so you might struggle

According to their website, the Icarus 800 inner tents are 240cm wide. Double airbeds are normally 137cm wide, so you would need a minimum of 274cm for two.
