Our kids use these, of course it depends on the age of your kids.

Dance before the storm and don't look back to where you've been.

If you can keep your head when all around you are losing theirs, you obviously haven't grasped the gravity of the situation.

I don't want it I just need it.

our kids use Gelert pods so they have plenty of wriggle room - 4 yo has a junior, and 8 yo an adult - great bags

If they are not too little and likely to need an adult size soon then buy and adult one and just tie the end slightly below their feet to stop them having a cold bag at the bottom. Will save you the expense of purchasing two close together then.

We use ready-beds for the little ones.If youre kids arent too old for them...it adds to the fun of camping.Set them away with a pump and it keeps them occupied for a while so the "grown-ups" can do important things like putting the tent up without distraction or disappearing pegs or mallets! Plenty to find on e-bay or amazon. When I was a lad--we used to make a cowboy bedroll out of an old blanket!!! wish I could remember how to do it...anybody?

Thanks for all the advice, I think I'm going to get them adult size sleeping bags as they are tall for their age and the rate they are growing they'll grow out of the kids size one. I've opted for the Vango nitestar 350 got them at a very good price and good spec too. Thanks again.

Hi there, we're just getting our gear together and I got my 5 yo Daughter a London 2012 branded Mummy bag from Amazon. It was only £8.99 with free delivery and the reviews don't seem bad. I should be receiving it today, so can let you know the quality.

Thanks to Hacksaw Bob for that info!!! Brings back memories...get your kids involved in making these up!! or you could check out Blacks camping--I was there yesterday and they seemed to be having a good clear-out on sleeping bags..some decent prices on branded items.

Hi June, I got my sleeping bags from Gooutdoors in the sale and I've got air beds for the kids and myself. It's the best time to grab some bargains as they'll be wanting to stock the shelves with new 2013 gear. Hope you find what you want.
