Have a look at the Vango Astoria, it has a bedroom layout that might suit your family, a vast living space (Youtube has a video of the tent being put up), and is a fairly simple and quite to put up tunnel design. And if you shop around it could save you £50 from your budget to buy something else with (and you'll need beds, cooking stuff etc etc)
get a 6 or 8 berth as the bed sizes are small and don't give scope for air or camp beds, plus you may need 3 bedroom areas [sex/age of children], plus be sure the living area is big enough to be comfy when all inside because of wet/cold.
a porch is handy for a kitchen' plus need the option to close it off from the weather... some are 'open' but have the option of a 'vestable' .. a zip on front panel...
what about a vango monte verde ( my dream tent) or a vango amazon. Depends wether you want the bedroom pods all on one side or on opposite sides. You need a good livingroom space, were a family of 5 and i have a vango breckenridge old tent with a large living area and when this one goes to tent heaven i would love a monte verde

You really need to go and view as many as possible, once you decide on a layout you feel would work then you can search net for good prices or even second hand units.
