We are looking at purchasing a Kampa Hayling 600 or possibly 400. If anyone has one, I'd be grateful if you could answer any of the following questions: 1. Are you generally pleased with it or are there any downsides (these won't necessarily put us off as there are good and bad points about most tents!)?. 2. Does the zip on the bedroom open downwards/upwards or does it have two zips which you can pulll up/down wherever along the zip line? 3. Also, I'm aware the lower opening of the front door opens flat. When closed up, are the sides of this part slightly higher than ground level - just thinking of the times when there are heavy rain and water draining down a field - wouldn't want it to seep into the tent. Thank you.
