I do not know this specific model of tent personally, but looking at the reviews on this site, it is said to be a 5 berth 3 pole tunnel tent with SIG, and is rated easy to pitch. However, I have not read any comments on single handed pitching.
What specifically is the issue you find pitching this tent and canopy single handed. Mine is a 6 berth (5.5x4.2 metres) semi-geodesic (5 poles, 2 of which cross over) so I'd say a bit more awkward than a tunnel because of it's combination of 2.2 metre height and the crossed poles - meaning that someone needs to get inside and lift the fabric to help start bending the first two poles that cross.
If the problem is coupling the canopy to the pitched tent, then perhaps going with a bigger tunnel tent, which is the size of your tent and canopy combined could help.
Then there is always an Airbeam, but £££+

Hi Mala,I would be surprised if you can find a easier tent to pitch for the size,I have looked at kuro 500 for a long time and thought it would be a good weekend tent.maybe look at the quechua range
Vango Icarus 500, easy to pop up by yourself, I have done so on many occasions, I am currently selling mine due to needing more space. Great tent though and stand up pretty well to bad weather.

Hi
If its safe to assume that the problem lies in not just putting the tent up but also fixing the canopy to it then something like the Outwell Cleveland 5 may suit only 4 fibre poles plus you get a separate living area and front porch. Yeomans did have a deal on the 2012 model earlier in the year. Regards pitching have a look at the cross camping video "pitching an outwell nevada m" on youtube as it really is the easiest way to pitch a tent by one person
