We have just got back from our break in Anglesey and the first successful pitching of the Cleveland 5 in 45mph winds. The sun shone wonderfully for the 3 days there then today when we were going home 50mph winds and raining sideways. The tent performed perfectly and I am totally happy with it.

Lovely pics and the tent looks to be holding up fine in the wind.

If you don't have them already, get yourself some clam cleat line Loks - 1 for every guy rope. In conditions like those they will maintain the tension you set on your guy lines and not let the slip like traditional sliders will eventually with the wind causing the tent fabric to tug away at the guy lines.

Thanks everyone it's a brill tent. Jaab we bought our tents at the same time I think.

We couldn't be happier but now I know the difference between a weekend tent and a longer holiday tent and this one is definitely a longer holiday tent.
