Have a look at my pictorial guide here and search for videos by Gary Cross (a member on here) on youtube. Its a tunnel tent but it really doesnt matter how many poles, just start in the middle and work your way back and forth.
I have a Vermont L and have done that single handed before, peg the back and insert the poles as you work your way forward. Then pull the front out, peg it and it's up.
I did find the help of a seven year old invaluable just to stop the completed poles falling back again.
It's a heavy tent though and probably a job for a fairly strong person.
Hi
You shouldnt have a problem pitching it solo if you use the Cross Camping method.
------------- Experience enables you to recognize a mistake when you make it again.
Everything has been said before, but since nobody ever listens we have to keep going back and saying it all over again and again and again
Don't forget to leave a review of all tents you've used, for a chance to win fantastic prizes
