HI smile87, great tent, I hope you dont mind me pointing out but you seem to having the same issue with the front section of the tent as ourselves - raised quite high at the front. we have tried so many times to rectify this - definitely not the position of the guy ropes for us. The front pole seems to high and therefore very diffcult to get it pegged out (and less draughty) properly. Any advice on how to rectify this. Sorry dont mean to hijack your post.
For a start, the roof sleeves, and consequently therefore, the tent, is not centralised on the poles.
On the middle pole, the sleeve is down below the bend.
On the front pole, the sleeve covers the bend on the right, but is 2" above the bend on the left.
Centralise it, and the whole thing will sit better.
