Hi Everyone, I have done lots of searches and read up quite a bit on here so far to try and work out the best solution.
Trying to pitch up on Friday in the horrible wind we had two poles get damaged.
The pole on the bedroom area (black) split so we managed to do a temporary repair with tape and elastoplasts as the wind then died down.
We had a second pole shattered and broke off at the end on the front section of the tent (red).
I now need to get them repaired for our trip to Cornwall in July.
I remember the pole from the front section of the tent (red) was the smaller diameter pole as the spare we had was the thicker one. Am I right in understanding this is the 11mm pole?
The shock cord had to be cut when we were trying to repair it before we realised the spare pole was too thick so in the end we just had to pitch it up with one pole less as the winds dropped and it would suffice for two more days (even if the front of the tent sagged!! And we could use the side doors properly).
Also as I wasn't the one who removed this pole I cannot remember where this pole was positioned.
The pole that split for the bedroom section (black) - I am not sure from memory which pole it is but I guess once I take another look at it I will know if it is the thicker or thinner pole.
So my questions
a) can I find someone who can repair them both for me and will it be expensive?
b) If I repair myself what tools would I need as the shock cord was very fiddly to try and thread through
c)Which size poles would I be looking at, I think the smaller diameter one is 11mm and the only other one I can find is 12.7mm would this be correct for the thicker diameter pole (if that was the one that split)
d) is there anywhere I can buy just two of each - I don't want to buy packs of 7 really, as if I need to replace the two different sized poles this will cost approx £50 just to buy the kits in.
Any help would be much appreicated

Hi
Yes as Gary has already said tentspares sell them individually. 11mm for the roof, 12.7mm for the sides.

Everything has been said before, but since nobody ever listens we have to keep going back and saying it all over again and again and again
Also, we broke our side porch pole and rang up worldofcamping.com, they had an ex display nevada m pole and sent us it for the price of postage. Was a bit rusty but not snapped!
