OP,
What did you mean by two sleeping areas please?
How tall are you, and how fit do you rate yourself?
I am 5'2 and can still get up and down the stairs with ease, and can put up the Khyam Freelander myself.
I have a Khyam Excelsior XL that I cannot put up on my own, however, some people could put up the smaller version that is the Chatworth on their own.
The Khyam Rapidex pole system makes their quick erect tents easy to put up, worth having a look.
If weight and space is not an issue, then consider a Dutch pyramid tent, as I can pitch my Hypercamp Escala 4 on my own.
