You sound like you need my tent!!
Discontinued now but works to your advantage because what cost us £600 is now £140 new with free delivery on ebay. You don't say where you are but the seller is based in Mansfield or with your budget you could get a faster delivery i'm sure! Link at the bottom :)
Royal Austin 5 - It has a large bedroom area with a removable cloth divider. The larger side of the bedroom fits our double air bed when laid horizontally across the back of the tent with about 2 feet of room between the bed and door. The smaller side we usually have our little girl in on a single air bed but could probably fit a double airbed so if you were to take the divider down it would have plenty of space for a cot and good for as your little one gets older.
Also, got a nice sized living area for 2 adults 1 child. We have space for a table with the kitchen set up on and a table and 3 chairs which is cosy plus all the other stuff like rucksacks, footballs, shoes, coats etc.
All sewn in groundsheet with the toggles to lay flat when the side door or canopy are open.
I really can't knock it, it's a brill tent.
