We took a trip there last year. Its fab. All the tents are pitched indoors so you get a good feel for them ( and there are many). If it really is an option then I would recommend it :)

definitely go and see - you may even see something even more suitable to your needs that you hadnt considered before!
make sure theres plenty of empty space in the car in case you pick up some other bits and pieces whist your over there!
if you had time, perhaps even stop in a local campsite for 1 or 2 nights to try out the new tent - so take your basics for sleeping and a 2 night stay with you! - would be quite a nice adventure.
