hi, thinking about buying a Montana 6p 2013 model, want to add the front open extension and then the front awning on to it, to make it longer, I've seen it the other way round but wanted to know if it could be fitted this way.

whats better the Vermont xlp or the Montana 6p and awning.

please help...

I've got the Montana 6p and also the open front extension. I don't think what you have planned will work. The reason being is that the front extension is not self supporting and needs five front guy ropes to keep it up right. You wouldn't be able to add the front 'closed' extension as there would be nothing to support it as you would not be able to use the guy ropes, does that make sense. I've attached a pic so you can see the front open extension with its required guy ropes in place.
