Hi there have just bought a vango palena 600 dlx and so far i love it however i am annoyed that i cannot purchase from anywhere the carpet,canopy or footprint does anyone know if there is a similar or a generic type that will do just as good. I really hope they are not discontinuing this range it was only brought out last year.

They have discontinued this tent, its made out of a superb 150 denier fabric and it would of worked out way to much to produce it. I think you no doubt bought it for a real bargain but would you of paid £700 as thats what it should be. Thats why its discontinued. As for carpets, dont worry, just look for a tent with a similar size living area and the same for the full size of the tent for the footprint. As for the canopy, it zipped on which was superb but again unless you get the correct one I think you will struggle. Don't be to upset if you got the tent for £300 ish, bargain.

Hi I have just bought a used one of these too - very excited.  However, as far as I can see you can get a carpet and footprint at least from Ebay.  Have you looked there?  (Not sure about the canopy - I haven't looked).

Hi there have managed to obtain a carpet and footprint yay! no luck with canopy though Although aparantly the calisto canopy will fit but cant get one of them lol however I think the tent will be plenty big enough. Thanks for all your help.
