Last year I invested close to £400 for a Vango Icarus 600 tent, footprint, carpet and wind shield. I tired in vain to buy the matching canopy, however more chance of getting horse **** out of a rocking horse. Everywhere had sold out, retailers and Ebay, I did however manage to get a number for Vango who assured me that they would be making a new Icarus 600 canopy around spring 2014, however all I can see on the current Vango website is the very expensive Airbeam products. I have tried to contact Vango via the email option on their site three times in the past two weeks, to my disappointment all have been ignored, I've also tried to acquire an up to date phone number and address for Vango, again more chance of getting that rocking horse to s***, it's seems Vango don't wan to talk to me...... I've now compiled a letter so if anyone does have a postal address or phone number this would be gratefully received. From the few calls I made this morning retailers appear to be unsure about whether they will actually be stocking Vango Icarus (non air beam) products and appeared uncertain why, what seems clear to me is that something strange is going on. I've even heard that the Icarus line may have been sold off by Vango as a stand alone brand... On the back of its mass popularity, this could be speculation or total nonsense, however it was suggested as being possible, I'm both surprised and disappointed at the lack of response from Vango having only heard good things about their customer service, as well as the fact that we are delighted with the Vango equipment we currently have purchased', my only problem now Is that I need a Vango Icarus 600 canopy!....or at least an answer from Vango!

I tried, in vain, last year to get a canopy... I could find it in blue, but not in moss green... I managed to get a response from Vango, Andrew Mooney to be exact. He said "Unfortunately we will not be re-stocking the Icarus 600 front canopy this year." I've not tried to contact him again yet, but if you wanted to, you could try? The details are:
