We would love to try one of these, having had enough of crawl into tents...not great when you need to rest properly (we camp when racing because it's closer to the course and cuts the cost down) and it's been pouring with rain! However, looking at the various types the ground sheets seem to be pretty thin. Does anyone do a circular extra tarp/groundsheet to go under the one supplied?

The groundsheets on the Kampa and Belltentuk bells with ZIG are actually very substantial, Xereyeus. Easily the thickest groundsheets I've come across in a tent. I would be surprised if Soulpad were any different.

Hello and thank you. We've never heard of the Kampa but have seen the Bell tent UK ZIG tents on ebay etc. We've always used a piece of heavy duty tarp and if it's going to be a couple of nights some rubber left over from roofing. Both are square, however.

Further to this we are still on the hunt for a second hand ZIG if anyone has one for a reasonable price. Lots of events in Henley over the summer that we could use one for
