I was lucky, I got an extension for my 2013 Birdland 3 half price just before Christmas.
I cannot see a Birdland L extension being any use, the new Birdlands appear to be tunnel tents with arched tops.

Paul, did you try a birdland L extension on the birdland 5? Did it fit? Im having the same problem finding an extension.
