Hi all,
Ive recently purchased the Birdland 5 tent but I have been having difficulty in getting the front extension. it appears they are now discontinued, it is a 2013 model tent.
I have contacted Outwell and inquired about the Birdland L extension, the dimensions are virtually the same, and they have suggested that I ask you guys as they wont commit themselves.

Any suggestions or does anyone have the above kit?

I was lucky, I got an extension for my 2013 Birdland 3 half price just before Christmas.

I cannot see a Birdland L extension being any use, the new Birdlands appear to be tunnel tents with arched tops.

Hi Bernie, thanks for the reply, yes the Birdland L does look more rounded, I think I may have to see then on display and maybe try to get one that I can return if it dose not fit.

Paul, did you try a birdland L extension on the birdland 5?  Did it fit?  Im having the same problem finding an extension.

Good luck from all of us with that ! I was talking to someone in Go Camping and he said that he had had someone in the shop a few months ago who bought the L extension for his Birdland 5 and hadn't been back so we might get away with it ... Let us know, thanks
