My parents gave me a Canaria3, which is like new, the only problem I have is there are no instructions, as a novice there would not seem to be enough poles, looked like a right muppet earlier trying to put it up, can anyone help with instructions please

Have a look at these basic instructions. Don't worry that they are for a bigger tent with 8 legs as its all basically the same method. Just imagine its the first section only click here
As you will see the idea is to erect it first on its knees, with each leg pole bent in half. You then slip over the canvas and then lift each leg up. At the front corners and centre front there will be a little stubby bit of pole that will line up with hole in the canvas. After the canvas is put on and before you lift it to full height there should be 3 little poles that clip onto these.

I have a Canaria 4 and (if the springs were all intact) I think I would have the ridge pole, four leg / roof edge peices, four leg bottoms and three stubby canopy poles.
Never seen a canaria 3, but I imagine it is similar in construction.

Just to add - if the springs have gone and the poles are all separated, you have a bit of a jigsaw on your hands!
Unfortunately, my poles are buried under two other frame tents and their poles, but next time I put it up, I'll try to take some pics a and post them here...
Thanks for the info guys, and yes the springs have gone Dave, I think its just the age of it!, I have read quit a bit about Relum tents, but still couldn't believe the quality of it, Canvas looks great and colour still as it was from new cheers again. Andy
