I've noticed some of the newer tents are coming with darkened sleeping areas, for the early morning sunshine (yeah right). Does anyone know if there is a product out to diy, I've thought about a black dye diluted in a spray bottle and spray the fabric then let it dry. My wife's concern is that it would run when wet and we would look like numptys. Any ideas please.
Don't forget to leave a review of all tents you've used, for a chance to win fantastic prizes
I never wear one myself, as it does not bother me, as I wake up naturally around 08:00h regardless of how dark/bright it is outside, even when I am at home with the bedroom curtains drawn!

I can remember a topic similar to this a few years ago ....can't find it though.
Some people mentioned maybe using the weed control fabric draped over the bedroom pods. Its light weight so could do the job.
I'll keep looking for the thread maybe there were more ideas.
weed control fabric from Home Bargains and similar shops is very cheap, and so light it won't strain the toggles. It can be draped over and doesn't necessarily need to fit to the very edges. An alternative is light weight 'space' blanket, silvery foil ones and they fold down a lot smaller. Want a diy on the hop option, slit open sturdy bin bags and attach with clothes pegs.
