I am going away in about 4 weeks & have just discovered a 300 version exists - I have the icarus 400 when there are more of us going away but this time I am going it alone & wanted the icarus 300 which I now know is discontinued....I've bid & lost 2 on eBay as they went for over £90 inc postage - for that price it would cost more than my trip!

So my question is .... does anybody here have or know of anybody wanting to sell their vango icarus 300 at reasonable price? I want a good porch height to sit in - I liked the sunncamp evolution 300 but it's too low....

Any ideas please...?

You can still get new ones bit more than £90, I love this tent when there's just the 2 of us, and the last model which we have, has standing room.

I can pitch our 400 on my own. I shall be using ours on my own in June. So I'd say go for it

I have a 5 berth tent just for me and the 2 dogs . So no it's not too big for one
