Hi
If it's between the Harrier and the Inspire it would have to be the Harrier for the polycotton, as mentioned above the Eden 600 XL would be a tougher choice, have seen both and both are not only great, but have their pluses and minuses. I would recommend going to visit Gary at Cross Camping, he has them pitched opposite each other so you can compare directly. Gary will also give you a level of service which is superb, including after sales support. We went for the Harrier XL (posted a review and some test pitch pics on this forum). The Eden is even better finished, with a thicker groundsheet, but check the weight, it's more than I wanted to handle on my own (especially when wet). The Eden has been so popular it's hard to get hold of. A recent recall (for a trivial cosmetic reason) has now meant they are unavailable until the limited edition arrives. If you are considering polyester you could also consider the Outwell Hornet etc. Good luck with your decision.
Jim

I haven't seen either of these exact tents, but at the Wokingham camping exhibition last year saw Outwell and Vango air tents. (I fell in love with the Concorde but out of our price range unfortunately).
The Outwells were far superior in my opinion.
We have two Outwell tents (steel frame) and both are fantastic.
Would always opt for an Outwell

I'll have to disagree with you there, I've gone for Vango this time as my last Outwell leaked like a sieve, never again.

These tents really can't compare anyway, as they are different material.
