Am in (for now) sunny Sussex and first camping trip in the Eden. The tent itself went up a treat - well done Gary at Cross Camping for such a great pump!
We then went on to the side awning - following the helpful hints from the forum all was to ng okay until we realised that the front airbeam was simply too big and just wouldn't fit or go up properly. After spending so much money on it am not impressed.
The side awning was a nice too have and realised we have enough room in the tent - particularly with the re-sewn inner tents - which are great.
Hopefully I'll be able to sort the side awning out with the supplier...
Will post some pics soon as I can
All the best

Shame about the side porch we too were going to look into getting but having now lived in the Eden for 3 days don't need the extra room or hassle hope you get it sorted though

New bed pod is fantastic. Like you will take some pics when we've made the bed.
Loving the tent - warm & cosy. And its stopped raining!
The only issue with the tent is the saggy front slope on the door area - is yours saggy too? The front beam looks lower than the others - perhaps pulled it too wide?
Hurry up and get those beds made lol! Can't wait for pics :)

Joy family the only time the front sagged was when the door was open but I had this with our Vermont so I think it's just down to the sloping front design
Anyway I've just uploaded pics on the camping under canvas forum

Thanks for the pics. Will add some to here later if I can do it on my phone. After solid rain there are leaks under the windows where we had them rolled down and under the 2 front corners.
Happy to be Airbeaming again after the Kampa. And have spotted quite a few Airbeams on site. No other Edens though.

Joy family, we too have water staining in the same area as you.
Re the side extension, did you use the straps that go across the extension L to R beam, as we found this gave a more barrel appearance, and yes our extension is a little higher than the main tent, but after 24 hours of solid rain, impressed with the fit.
I assume,, the extension being a little higher, helps with water wicking off the other side of the tent.
Will take photos if it ever stops raining or we do not end up floating down the Waveney river.
Thanks Oldwolf. I took some photos too show what muddle we got in but not sure how to post them on here with my phone. Will give it a go. Its due to be sent back on Monday but if its something we did wrong we can give it another go whilst away. Hope it stops raining for you.
Well, the first trip in the Eden is almost over but at least had sunshine 2 of the 5 days and only 1 day of rain. The tent has been superb and will post a proper review and some pics when I get home.
Have posted a quick review on the lovely Eden tent and some pics which also hopefully show the adjusted bedroom inners aswell. Sorry they uploaded quite small.
