We bought a 2nd-hand Khyam Ridgipod Excelsior last year, but it has leaked badly this weekend and so we're looking for a replacement, but can't find anything similar.
We're a family of 6 and loved that the children could each have their own divided bedroom area, plus an amazing living area that's big enough to fit all of us around a table and still have room to walk round.
Does anything know of any current tent that would give us this please?

I suspect modular tents have been phased out by manufacturers as they tend to take up more floor space requirement a jumbo pitch or two pitches.
Karsten inflatable tents come to mind, however, one needs to be a deep pocket for one.
Khyam's largest Quick Erect tent the Balmoral may suit, however, and should squeeze into a standard pitch at most campsites.
Not sure it can be further extended in the front to provide more living space, a tarp should work though.

Karsten tents look good until the price is displayed!
Looking at the layout of the Balmoral, the bedroom configuration isn't quite right for us. We're after a bedroom for us, one for our son and a larger area (preferably dividable) for our three girls.
We're considering the Gelert Horizon 10, Meridian 10 and Hi Gear Kalahari 10 at the moment, but none of these looks as great as the Ridgipod was. I'm sure there are lots more to consider though ...
Thanks. The Marseille 9 DLX looks very good to me, but my wife is concerned about pooling water on the "pod" areas as this is what happened on the Ridgi-pod. Does anyone have experience of this or know how to stop this happening, please?
I'm about to post a request for info about re-proofing my Kyham Excelsior as water now seems to seep through the nylon, even though I 'Fabsiled' it last year. I do find though that the actual pooling doesn't happen when every guy is pegged out (and there are a lot of them) and adjusted to suit. I make sure I peg out all three guys over the doors, for example.
I bought a big tube of seam sealant for £25 which has sorted out the seams. The other factor is condensation which, in a big, not steeply-pitched roof area like these Khyams, will always be a problem. Good ventilation helps.
But at the end of the day maybe the fabric is just too old.
