Haven't seen much on the net about these two models. Have owned Royal and Vango before (large to small'ish) but now looking to go back up to a reasonably sized tent with a bit more living room. Like the idea of the bedrooms either side with living space in between (vis a vis I think they call it ?)

Spectre 600 is probably the one we'd go for (with extension) but as I say, it seems difficult to find out much info on the Spectre models, nothing even on the Sunncamp web site itself which is strange. Have seen people selling what I think are 2013 models so its been out for at least a year or more.

Anyone here got one and can give me any info on quality etc. compared to previous tents we've owned (at the top)

Thanks!

Can't comment on that particular model but our very first tent was a Sunncamp (we had an APS3006+) and the quality was very good and it withstood everything the great British weather threw at it as we'll as our appalling first time camper pitching!
The only reason we replaced it was because the mice also found it very attractive!

I agree, we couldn't fault our Vulcan 600. Good quality materials and well thought out. Quality was up with Vango at the time but at least £100 less.

Last year or two they dis an Alana 700 that looked really good. They're still out there for about £280 and well worth a look.
