Hello
looking at replacing our very large tent with a smaller one as we don't need the space any more. We looked at the Vango Icarus 500 then noticed the Vango Woburn 500....apart from price does anyone know what tis the difference between them please? Our main wants are two separate sleeping compartments, tunnel design and sleeps up to 5!

from memory, without doing any research, I think it's that the woburn has an eyebrow pole over the side door.

5 of you are probably going to be quite squashed in a 5 man tent. You are better off with a 6 man.

We have the Icarus 500 and 5 people in there would be a real squash. We get three camp beds comfortably in the sleeping area and husband gets to sleep in the main living area. Thankfully we only use it for 1 or 2 nights at the most. Definitely wouldn't recommend for 5 of you unless you don't mind sleeping very close to each other!!!

We did 5 in our Icarus 500. It was 3 x small children and a double air bed. We had a problem with our tent and had to take it back. So are currently selling our new (still in the packaging)tent on e-bay. Just checked you would need to use a courier as you are 'oop north'.
