Seen one of these for sale locally and wondered if anyone had experience of one. Totally new to camping and on a budget, would it make a good starter tent?
It for 2 adults and 2 kids. It seems a more traditional style of tent is that a good thing? Any advice welcome, really don't have the money to make a mistake .... for sale for £95.
Thanks in advance.

hi,
We have the Kos 6 tent & have used it a cpl of times..once being in a very hot France!
It did a perfect job.
It all depends on how you want to camp ...the Kos 6 does not have a ground sheet in the living area only for the bedroom pods I'm presuming the Kos 4 is the same. We used a tarp the same area as the tent & then tucked the skirt / mud flaps under this to make barrier against water & creepy crawlies.
Yes it's a frame tent so build frame half height then throw over the canvas & then lift the legs to full height.
Not sure if it has the 2 position front wall like ours ?? If so it's a great feature so for extra room when weather not so good the front of the tent can be placed in the front setting or for better weather & to get shade you can have the wall part the way back to make a canopy....could also be used like for shelter if it does rain. I have photos in the review section Easy Camp Kos 6.
