Hi there.
Bit of a blast from the past with the Venus at around 10 years old. Hope someone who has one can help with the instructions. If not google "Coleman Waterfall pitching video" as this tent is similar to yours and might help a bit. All poles should be colour coded with their relevant pole sleeves.

Hope this help a bit. We only use it for garden camping with the kids now. Yep poles are colour coded, I think we thread through the main dome poles first and erect these. Second isthe bedroom pod pole, then peg and guy if needed. I think we leave our inner attatched but its pretty easy to clip. Ours has withstood some good storms, but still going strong.
