Just got back from a trip to West Sussex, had a great time and the wife has already put up a review of the site I believe. However upon taking the tent down I managed the unspeakable and tore my tent at a seam. Check profile for pics of the damage.
Is this repairable? If so how is it best to do this? DIY or get a professional to do it and if so how much would that cost?
Any help or advice would be great as this was only our second outing in the new tent and my heart ripped when I heard the ripping noise.
thanks in advance for any help,
Slarticus.

We have recently been getting quotes to have our Vango Maritsa 500 repaired after an incident on our last camping trip - awful feeling isn't it?
The tear in ours is approx 118cm long by 34cm wide, we have had two quotes and they both said between £50 and £80 for the repair. These are both professional quotes as we are claiming on our camping insurance.
