Excellent tent..have now downsized to the 500 and absolutely love it. Only fault I have found is the colour markings on the poles come off easily..easily sorted with a selection of coloured tapes.Strong and sturdy..dry and very spacious. Add a porch and youve got a palace!!
I have owned a lot of tents over the years..all from decent named manufacturers and fully believe that "you get what you pay for" and by far the maritsa is my favorite.I reckon the 700 is a perfect tent for 4 or 5 people. My opinion of course and everybody to their own--but hard to beat I think.

We have the 700 and we absolutely love it. Shed loads of room. Has stood up to gales and torrential rain. Side doors can be opened up to be airy in hot weather. There are four of us and a dog and find we have plenty of room without the extension so it must be palatial with it lol. Best tent we have ever had by a mile.

Good, but big!
And the pole bag weighs a ton. Seriously, it's about as heavy as a small elephant. But I do really like it. Loads and loads of space.
However technically it is Just a touch larger than the standard C&CC pitch.
