Hi now we are comeing to the end of 2014 and looking for a new weekend tent for next year we have been using a Vango Icarus 400 for the weekends and for longer stays we have a Kamp Filey 5 Air
And for next year we are looking for something in size between the two and quick
and light to pitch we go both types of camping with or without a EHU your thoughts would be very helpful and now there are just the two of us and one small dog

Id just take the Filey, seeing as its inflatable- you wont find much quicker to put up than that?
------------- March 2015 Aberford 1 night
April 2015 Skipton 3 nights
May 2015 Aberford 3 nights
July 2015 Lake District 7 nights
August 2015 Aberford 3 nights
I'd also just use the kampa that's one of the reasons we went inflatable so we only have one tent
------------- April Peak District Beech Croft Farm
May Peak District Duke of York
May Holland Delfse Hout
June Cotton Arms Nantwich
july/aug Cornwall Pentewan Sands
And quite a few local weekenders
Hi thanks
for the feedback why my wife is looking for some thing in between the two size
tents we have, the Filey is 33.80 KG not a tent you can just pop up the attic
and chuck it in the back of the car on a Friday
night and it is a big tent to dry if you pack up on a wet dayhad it in the house wet for a week before we could
pitch it back up outside to dry
Our weekend tent is the Vango airbeam flux 500 its a super tent for three of us sleeping on wide camp beds.
It's mainly bedroom, but with a very small porch area - it looks so compact from the outside but feels quite roomy inside. I did a review on uk campsite + there's photos
There is also Flux 300 version which is narrower and not enough height for standing
