Hi folks,

It's been a while since I lasted posted!
I really need some help advice regarding best tent for me and wife and 3 kids. I currently own a outdoor revolution scenic premium7 tent which is fantastic but on the down side is very heavy and takes me 45 mins on average to pitch.
With this in mind and having kids all under 6 years old I'm looking for a reasonably large tent that pitches quickly and is lighter than the scenic.
Would be looking to spend 350 maximum.
At the minute I have been looking at the Vango Skye 600 and the amirillo 6 can anyone give opinions on these or suggest other tents

Many thanks

hi,
we are using a gelert 'beyond' zenith8, and are very happy with it. it comes in two reasonably sized bags, and sets up pretty easy.
you'll have to search well, though, for they're not for sale anymore.
ebay might help.

The new vango Orava 600xl looks pretty good Gary's got a video of it on you tube. It's £449 so a bit more than you wanted to spend. Looks like it wouldn't take to long to put up either as it has fibreglass poles :)
