We are looking at getting an inflatable tent next year owners what do you do, lots of info but some conflicting, I want the electric pump as have asthma and any exertion like a hand pump needs that would kill me (not literally but take me ages to do)OH the same he has a lung complaint:

Hand pump

or

Electric pump

advice please most welcome

I think I would have both, one for convenience the other for emergencies.

Heard good things about the air bed at aldi that as a built in pump

Vango and Kampa also have them a available also worth a look at Sevylor pump for £50

We take both but always use the electric pump it is a lot easier especially in hot weather
We take the hand pump to re adjust the beams the following morning

keep in mind the power source of the pump - many pumps connect to your vehicle - but some camp sites dont allow your vehicle onto the pitch and must be parked remotely.

you have 2 further options here, 1 is a pump which is rechargeable and the other is a 240v pump which can be plugged into your ehu socket.

worth keeping in mind.

this here - the rechargeable pump covers the option of no ehu and vehicle parked remotely ...

its not cheap ( about 20.00 more than the non rechargeable version ) but will covers all eventualities - just remember to keep it charged before you set off!

there is all a company called bravo who make pumps for inflatable boats Ive got one of these Bravo BTP12 12V Pump - Manometer and its great i use it on my rib and when we go camping.

BRAVO BTP 12 WITH MANOMETER ELECTRIC INFLATOR 12V DC
