Is that the Kalahari Elite?
According to This the tent base is 7.1m x 4m.
I'd say a footprint/tarp/groundsheet anywhere between 3.5 to 3.9 (Absolute max) wide x 6.5 to 6.9 (Absolute max) long would suffice. If it's too big, you can either cut it, and add eyelets if preferred, or do as I do... fold a mid section back and double over, walk on the folds to crease it as best as you can, then tape down the creases, both upper side and underside, using Gorilla Tape. The tape is brill, and won't let a bit of damp bother it! This method also means that, if the sheet already had eyelets, they'll all still be there, as you haven't trimmed them off! :-)
Whatever you do, make sure the footprint sheet does not stick out beyond the perimeter of the tent base... if any water lands on it, it will no doubt trickle between footprint and underside of the tent's SIG and form puddles at any low spot(s) of the ground... which will no doubt stay there for the duration, as they are both waterproof, of course. Best to be a foot short at all edges, than only and inch, imo! If need be, just wipe the wet/muddy outer edges of the tent's SIG with an old towel, when you roll it up to go home.
As for carpets, if you don't get a definitive answer from someone more in the know, that same link shows dimensions of the living area (after deducting the bedroom sizes) as 4m x 2.8m (Maybe 2.5m ish?)
Don't concern yourself with an exact fit. Without buying the specific carpet, odds are it won't be exact anyway.
A few inches short down one side is no big deal, and it's certainly not a problem if you have to fold an edge under, if it's a tad too big!
For instance, we've just bought a new tent measuring 3.5 x 3.5... but we'll be using our existing carpet, at around 3.25 x 3.8... too long one way, too short the other! Until we find something nigh on perfect, it will more than suffice, as it's only been used about 4 times!
Trying to match carpet sizes with the relevant tent is a nightmare, in all honesty, but This Link might just offer a helping hand.
... Or consider picnic blankets, as many do!
Good luck.
