Does such a thing exist? We had the hi gear voyager last year that leaked and got refunded so looking again this year. Loved the size of the tent but we only have a golf as biggest car and roof box. When we went last year we had to take two cars, one for the tent! So anyone know of any decent sized tents with smaller pack size?

One way to cut down pack size is to take a sleeping only tent and then a tarp to act as your daytime shelter/cooking area. Vango have brought out a couple of standing height/smaller footprint tent this year. Look up Vango Bute and Vango Lauder. Then add the Decathlon Tarp or go bigger with a 3m by 3m DD Tarp.

Agree with Campernic, they are both great tents and pack up small. Also there are some 2014 Vango Calder 400 and 500 tents being cleared right now which again pack up pretty small and have a roll away canopy attached.
