Another vote for the illusion I'm thinking there isn't really a lot of choice for 8 berth inflatables

I haven't seen the Vango Centara 800 in person, but it is a vis-a-vis type inflatable tunnel tent. I think the living area is fairly small compared with some tents, but you can get an inflatable awning for it.
Maybe that would suit your needs, and it's less expensive than the Illusion. Sunncamp also do an inflatable 8 (or even 10) berth, called the Sapphire 1000.

We have the Vango Icarus Air 800, I think it is a special made for Go Outdoors, its fab for us, a side awning is available to make it bigger as well. It is a couple of years old but at £855 is considerably cheaper than the new models.

Hi their the hi gear airgo Nimbus 8 would get my vote very sturdy tent. Was at go outdoors Southampton a while back on a very windy day one or two of the tents had given up others were flapping about but the Nimbus 8 was holding fast along with an outwell bear lake 6 and a couple of others
There's two reviews both giving 10/10
