Hi, I'm am also wondering how you got on with getting a refund/exchange for millets? I've just had loads of trouble with their customer services when trying to get an exchange for a faulty tent. (Noticed and informed them of the fault within the week of it being delivered) Will never buy a tent from millets again! I do love the tent though, it's a great size for 2 and was so easy to put up. The bedrooms are small, and the divider is pretty useless so don't think you'd get 4 air beds in there, but is the perfect size for me and my daughter. I did find it a massive hassle to get back in the bag, and was shocked at the size of the bag. Takes up my whole boot! For those reasons I can't decide if it is worth the convenience of having an air tent. Are all air tents this massive?!
Hi, I got an exchange for my berghous air 4 from millets, they exchange for air 6. I did a test pitch on this to make sure all was well but when the tent was up we noticed about 9 little holes in the side door! So back to millets again, they were really apologetic and offered to exchange again. I had lost all faith in the berghous tents by now and had seen a number of pole tents that looked really spacious but all with smaller bags. In the end I went for an Outwell Drummond 7 pole tent, it was £645 but go outdoors had it on offer at £399 so millets beat this price and I paid £359! When the tent arrived in store I went to pick it up and noticed one of the bags was ripped and both bags looked identical where as the pole bag should have been smaller! We opened the bags in store and low and behold they'd only sent 2 tents and no poles!!!!! They apologised again and reordered the tent. As soon as I got home I called customer services and went mad about all the problems I had, they were really good and sent me a £70 gift card to use in any of their shops including JD sports

Just back from a couple of days camping in Lyme Regis. Discovered that the easiest way to get the tent back in the bag is to let the air out of the 2 end beams first and use the deflate on the pump. Followed by the centre beam and the deflate pump once again. All down and packed away in 10 minutes.
Hope this helps others?
Hi
We have just returned from our second camping trip with our Air 6xl. This time it has pretty much broken us!! We love how easy it is to put up, it looks great, is so spacious and we’ve had no problems with it so far, apart from putting it down. The first time, we were laughing stocks on the campsite and felt so stupid as we rolled up and down, trying to get the air out. Our friends with pole tents were waiting for ages. Today, it was raining, so naturally we rushed, but again, it was nowhere near getting back in the bag. The tent filled the boot of our Audi tourer and we had to put the rest of our gear in another car!!! My husband is threatening to just sell all our camping gear!!! I am determined to beat it so looking online for tips! The pump has a ‘deflate’ option- can anyone help me to work out how to use it? When we changed the nozzle to the deflate end, the pump wouldn’t move! I wondered if we tried to suck out as much air as possible, it might help?
Ha ha!! Save my camping trips please!!!
