bulk will matter but never had a problem with either our tents calisto 600 + exntension 7.2 m or corvus 8.2m

Thinking more about kids sites as OP has 2... we find all the haven and park resorts sites don't like anything over 6m.

We too have two children, never had a problem with holiday parks/large campsites with swimming pools etc, never tried haven.

OP - How did you get on with pitching your friends tent?

Well I've now found a hi gear kalahari 8 with porch and carpet for £200 so seems like a better deal, was advertised at £250 but managed to knock it down! So I'm pleased with that.

Question about the electric cool box, can it be left plugged in all the time and it be used like a fridge, just for things like milk cheese etc?

And anyone who already has it, is it a good size? Thanks
