HI, We have had a practice pitching the tent, but due to lack of garden space we didn't manage to pitch the front extention bit, so Ive been looking at set ups and videos, my question is, the outwell pitching video shows the tent with all the guy ropes at the front of the tent into the porch, but most set ups ive looked at don't have them (they must get in the way?)

ANy thoughts/ advice?

Hi we have the same set up and we don't use the guys on the main tent when we pitch with the extention, the space gained is great enjoy 😊

Yeah the front guys aren't used as the tension comes from the nearest extension pole
