Hi,

Whilst in the process of choosing my next tent I came across the Everest1953 Trekpeak3. From the info I can gather it seems like a high quality tent but there is a severe lack of reviews and opinions on this tent which makes me a bit dubious about it, especially at the discounted price.

Does anyone know much about this tent? Good or bad?

Been considering various others- Terra Nova, Outwell, Mountain Hardware, etc. But essentially looking at a 3 man, around 4kg top end that will deal with heavy wind/rain as happily as a stormchasing duck on a hand glider flying a waterproof kite in a hurricane. Or something to that effect!

Appreciate any info on the tent anyway.

Thanks.

Hi,

I also looked at that tent a while back and even though its specs are top end, i read that QC not really great.
Though that's based on a couple of reviews I read but sure it was the 1 or 2 man tent.

I have a Vango Mirage 300 semi geodesic 3.65k which imo is a great tent and under £150, which can handle wind and rain with ease.

Hope you get what you are after..good luck.
