Rather than looking for a close match from another tent, I suggest measuring the room area and visiting your local discount carpet shop and ask for an off-cut rubber backed piece to suit.
I've just got a Visa 600 - the main room dimensions are 1.75m x 3.3m - should be the same for the Cabin 600. You can do the same with the two bedrooms.
It's not difficult to cut a piece down to size either (a sharp kitchen knife or a stanley blade) and you need not worry about the edges fraying as they will get little or no wear.
Keep in mind what colour carpet you choose as it has to be stain friendly - red wine, food, sand, mud, etc.
Hope this helps.
